		<description><![CDATA[Great to see ASTM doing their part and continuing to tighten up the quality specs.  From where I sit (retail consumer), fuel quality issues are the #1 concern by far.

Now it&#039;s up to the states to do their part and mandate that &quot;Biodiesel&quot; means (legally speaking) D6751, and to the producers, distributors, and retailers to make Biodiesel as worry-free for the consumer as D2 and RUG presently are.
