Imperium Renewables/Seattle Biodiesel is producing the first WA state grown, WA produced biodiesel fuel. Even better, the fuel is BQ9000/ASTM quality. Imperium Founder John Plaza comments on palm oil:
”Palm oil based biodiesel only works in specific modes of transportation, not in on-road vehicles… By no means, are we going to be selling palm-based biodiesel at a retail pump in Washington.”
