Diesel cars are coming back
NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) — With rising gas prices, diesel cars and SUVs are gearing up for a major American comeback after a brief appearance 25 years ago. But if all you remember are the smell and noise, you might not recognize the new leaner, cleaner versions.

This is great. However when I purchased my TDI a few months ago, the dealer was overall supportive that I would be running biodiesel, but not totally. Service told me I would need to spend thousands on special hoses, and that biodiesel would impact my warranty. With my research I knew better and told them so, particulalry on the warranty issue.
What will get dealers and manufacturers more on board with the whole biodiesel concept? What can we do to move them along?
