I currently own a 2002 MCS and am looking for my next toy. I am committed to an alternate fuel (well to gasoline at least) higher mileage alternative as a ‘next car’ and an MC Diesel would definitely meet my needs … A premium … I would expect it to slot in between a regular Mini and the S with some of the added handling related performance extras of the S available as options.

I second that one Bill - I would pay a premium over a petro model for this, even if I don’t make it up in fuel savings. I love minis and I love diesels - Bring’em over!
