It’s unfortunate it’s only at a couple stations. I’ve used several times, and only noticed a slight mileage decrease. Wanted to know if there were any long-term effects I needed to be aware of. Sounds like there aren’t as long as it’s used within reason (and avoided cold weather use).

B99 worked just fine for me, but stayed away from it during the winter.
